What is the difference between the EP Plan and the Sivory Plan?
The EP Plan includes:
- Unlimited use of the swimming pool and the pool valet services
- Use of the water sports equipments for one hour dialy (sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and snorkeling)
- Use of steam room, sauna, thermal pool and gym
- Complimentary mini-bar in your suite (water, beer and cool drinks)
- Wi-Fi connection around the pool and the conference rooms
- Chilled towel service & drink upon arrival
- Daily ‘’open eyes’’ and ‘’turn down’’ service

The Sivory Plan includes:
For US$150.00 per person per night (children between 2 and 6, US$75.00) you can choose our Sivory Plan which includes all the services of the EP plan as well as:
- All meals and drinks (leading brands) at our three a la carte restaurants
- Selection of wine in the fridge in your suite
- 24-hour room service
- Unlimited use of the non-motorized water sport equipment (subject to availability)
- Afternoon tea once per week
Are children allowed at Sivory Punta Cana?
Yes, they are, but Sivory Punta Cana does not encourage them. This hotel is mainly aimed at couples, romantic guests and newly weds.
Can I take my pet with me to Sivory Punta Cana?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in our hotel.
How can I make special requests related to my stay?
You can make special requests when you book your room online or by directly contacting the hotel by phone. For example, if you know what type of wine you would like during your stay or have a flower arrangement in your bedroom, we would be delighted to know. We will do everything possible to fulfill your requests.
How do I cancel my booking?
To avoid cancellation charges, bookings should be cancelled as follows:
A three-night deposit is required to secure reservations. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled (a written cancellation notice is mandatory) no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival during high season and 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival during low season. Should we receive a cancellation after entering these periods, as well as in case of no show or shortened stay, the deposit would be forfeited. For Christmas and New Year's reservations a 7 night stay is required. Any reservation for this peak period must be guaranteed with a 5 night deposit payable upon confirmation. The remaining balance of the reservation should be paid to the hotel by October 15th. If a cancellation occurs during our 60 day penalty period, as well as name change, no show or shortened stay, the full value of the stay will be forfeited.
Because of our small size, cancellations and alterations affect us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. Travel insurance is recommended.

We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard.
What type of clothing should I take?
You can wear summer clothing such as shorts, t-shirts and swimming trunks all day long. In the restaurants men must wear long pants and ladies can wear skirts, trousers or dresses.
Where can I play golf?
Around Punta Cana there are several very nice golf courses (all 18 holes), and several more are under development. Our reception department would be happy to book the tee time of your choice at any golf course at this area. What kind of activities and sports can I expect at Sivory Punta Cana?
The hotel has table games, books and DVD films. Among the many sports activities, there is a tennis court, a fully equipped gym as well as a wide range of motorized and non-motorized water sports, such as catamarans, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, snorkeling and deep sea fishing.
What is the local currency on the Dominican Republic?
The currency is the Dominican Peso, and US$1.00 is equivalent to about RD$33.00 Dominican pesos, however, please confirm the exchange rate with your bank. We can accept both currencies.
What is the electrical power supply?
We have 100 volts at 60 hertz, but why worry about bringing a hairdryer when in included in your bedroom
Is there a medical service at Sivory Punta Cana?
The hotel medical service is available 24 hours a day. This service is not free of charge.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Your room will be available from 3:00pm. You must checkout before 12:00 midday.
What is the climate like in the Dominican Republic?
The D.R. has a warm, tropical climate throughout the year. The average day temperatures are 82ºF (28ºC) and 72ºF (22ºC) at night.
